Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy:

  1. Returns: We accept returns for items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Please contact our customer service team at randy.bains@firstcareoptical.co.uk to initiate a return.

  2. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any applicable shipping fees.

  3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at randy.bains@firstcareoptical.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
